mBank@Net mobile bank:	Bank@Net online bank and e-Notifications portal:
Android operating system version 8.0 and higher iOS version 14.0 and higher	The last two main versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari)*.

*The main browser version is defined by the numbers before the comma (e.g. Chrome 120.xyz and 121.xyz). Bank@Net and e-Notifications often also work on other browsers or on an older version of the previously mentioned browsers, but this is not guaranteed.

How to log in and what to do if you forget your login information?

How do I set up a login that supports face or fingerprint recognition (Face ID or Touch ID)?

Biometric login setup depends on your device. After entering mBank@Net, first set your mPassword by clicking on "More" in the lower right corner of the application. Select and tap on the "mPassword Settings" and select the login method offered:

login with a TouchID or
login with face recognition
then follow the steps.

Tip: First, set up or enable login using the biometric method on the device itself, namely in Settings.

Locked your user account or forgot your password or username?

If you've locked your user account or forgotten your username or password, you can click on the link below the "LOGIN" button on the Bank@Net login page -> "Forgot password (SMS token)" and then follow the steps.

You will need the tax number, phone number, and PIN of your selected payment card.

I am 15 years old. Can I use a mobile or online bank?

Of course. If you are over 15 years old, you can register to use the online or mobile bank online. All you need is a tax number, a mobile number and the PIN of your payment card.

Kako si nastavim dnevno omejitev poslovanja z računom?

Dnevno omejitev preko mobilne aplikacije lahko spremenite v zavihku Poslovanje z računom:

Na kartici »Računi« se zraven številke računa nahaja siv krogec. Tapnete nanj.

Nato izberete »Podrobnosti in omejitve«.

Tapnete na znesek na vrstici Dnevna omejitev poslovanja z računom in ga spremenite ter tapnete na »Shrani«.

Potrdite zahtevo s SMS žetonom.
Zahteva je na čakanju, dokler sprememba ni urejena.

Sprememba dnevne omejitve je opravljena, ko je zahteva vidna v zavihku Opravljene zahteve.

Kako si nastavim privzet račun za plačila?

Kako skeniram in shranim več položnic hkrati? 

Kako opravim plačila v tujino?

Zakaj je UPN, ki sem ga skeniral s QR kodo, še vedno na čakanju?

QR koda vsebuje datum plačila, tako da se nalog izvede točno na ta dan. Če želite, da se nalog izvrši pred ali po tem datumu, lahko datum spremenite sami pred potrditvijo zahteve.

Če je bil datum plačila potrjen in ga želite spremeniti, lahko to naredite preko Bank@Neta ali pa zadevo podvojite, spremenite datum in obstoječi UPN brišete iz čakalne vrste.

Kako dodam prejemnika med zaupanja vredne prejemnike?

Kje najdem potrdilo o plačilu? 

Kje lahko vidim e-Dokumente?

E-dokumenti se nahajajo v plačilih.

Prvo pritisnete na ikono na nadzorni plošči.
Kasneje izberite opcijo Plačila, kjer se vam bo prikazala spodnja slika.
Izberite E-dokumenti.

E-dokumenti se od posodobitve dlje več NE nahajajo v nabiralniku.

Kje vidim promet po kreditni kartici?

Promet poslovanja po kreditni kartici najdete v zavihku Kartice.
Izberete želeno kartico in tapnite na znesek.
Izberete lahko obdobje, prilive ali odlive
Prikaže se vam promet po kreditni kartici.

Tudi videz vaših kartic je poenoten z videzom kartic, ki jih imate v svoji denarnici.

Kje lahko vidim limite plačilne kartice Nove KBM?

Izberite zavihek Kartice.
Tapnite na izbrano kartico, da se prikažejo limit in dnevni limiti (POS – plačilo v trgovini, BA – bankomat, internet).

Kako deluje Nakaži Mi?

Kje najdem menjalnico in kako zamenjam valute?

Preprosto! V levem meniju izberite:

Plačila > Menjalnica

Izberite račun, iz katerega želite opraviti menjavo (konverzijo) in izbirajte med kar 8 valutami. Račun v izbrani tuji valuti se vam bo avtomatično aktiviral takoj.

	METHODS OF ENTERING THE MOBILE BANK

You can use an SMS token to enter the mobile bank:

one-time application

To enter the mobile bank, enter your username and:

password (insightful users) or
personal PIN and one-time password from the RSA SecurID generator (transactional users who have not yet completed the transition) or
password and SMS token (all users who have completed the transition to Ms token).

login with mPassword

mSet the password yourself and thus connect your mobile device to your Bank@Net user account.

fingerprint login

Possible on Apple devices and devices with Android v.6 or higher, if the device has a fingerprint reader and if you have mPassword set on the device.

SECURITY 

	SAFETY OF USE

Access to financial data is protected in the same way as in the Bank@Net online bank, but for faster access you can set an mPassword or use a fingerprint.

Additional security is provided by automatic logout , as the user is automatically logged out after a certain time after exiting the application. In case of loss or misappropriation of a mobile phone, you can disable access to financial data by untying the device remotely, via the Bank@Net online bank.
