In accordance with provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the Financial Instruments Market Act, Nova KBM d.d., Maribor, hereby makes the following announcement:
Nova KBM d.d. informs the public that it received on 5 May 2011 the court decision regarding the registration of the Bank's share capital, which now amounts to €40,814,313.08, while the total number of issued shares is 39,122,968. The trading in newly issued shares is expected to start on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Warsaw Stock Exchange on Wednesday, 11 May 2011.
