With regard to the exposure of banks and insolvency proceedings, we have seen recently in the media some incorrect and misleading statements. It was thus several times mentioned that Nova KBM d.d. forgot to register in the insolvency proceeding a claim of €3.7 million against Mip d.d. - in bankruptcy, i.e. that it lost its claim due to missing the deadline for registering its claim against Mip Pomurka Reja d.o.o. - in bankruptcy. In order the public and investors to be properly and regularly informed, Nova KBM d.d. wishes to point out that the stated amount of €3.7 million consists of several claims, and that all claims have been correctly registered in the insolvency proceeding against the debtor Mip d.d. - in bankruptcy and Pomurka d.d. - in bankruptcy. The company Mip Pomurka Reja d.o.o. - in bankruptcy acted in all cases as a guarantor and pledger of immoveable property. Therefore, we renounce all statements asserting that Nova KBM d.d. lost its claim. As none of the bankruptcy proceedings has been concluded yet, all statements of losses shall be considered as misleading.
