Nova KBM d.d. announces the final offer price of KBMR shares determined by the following criteria and rules:
- size and price sensitivity of demand from the Institutional Investors as indicated during the bookbuilding process,
- the current and anticipated situation on the Slovenian, Polish and international capital markets and
- assessment of the growth prospects, risk factors and other information relating to the Bank’s activities contained in the Prospectus.
The final offer price of the KBMR shares is 8,0 EUR. The final offer size amounts up to 104.327.912,00 EUR. The PLN equivalent of the Offer Price for the purpose of the offering in Poland will be established on or around 20 April 2011, based on the market exchange rate available to Nova KBM, and will be announced publicly.
