On the basis of provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, and in accordance with the Financial Instruments Market Act, Nova KBM d.d., Maribor, hereby publishes the following notice:
At friday’s meeting of the Supervisory Board, dr. Dušan Jovanovič was appointed as the new Chairman. Upon his appointment, he said that he was glad of being appointed to this position unanimously and pointed out that »by being appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board, I have been assigned a responsible task. The Supervisory Board will continue performing all its obligations effectively, with the aim of supervising the operations of the second largest Slovene bank. I am confident that the Bank will continue to perform well and I believe in good work of and cooperation with the Management Board.«
The Supervisory Board discussed also the operating results of the Nova KBM Group for the first six months of the year. Further information in this respect and the full H1 report will be published on Tuesday, 30 August, on the web portal SEOnet and on the Bank's website.
