At its today's meeting, the Supervisory Board of Nova KBM took note of the development strategy proposal drafted by the Management Board of Nova KBM, and approved the key strategic guidelines of the Bank and of the Group for the period until 2013.
The Management Board is expected to introduce these guidelines to the shareholders at the General Meeting taking place on 8 July 2008. The Supervisory Board also discussed the first quarter 2008 results of the Nova KBM Group and assessed them positively.
