- 557 shares at a price of €4.59 per share
- 423 shares at a price of €4.50 per share
The total transaction value amounted to €4,460.13. Following this purchase, Matjaž Kovačič, President of the Management Board, now owns 3,644 Nova KBM (KBMR) shares.
