Due to received additional questions from interested tenderers for performance of due diligence of business operations of Nova KBM Group based on the public notice dated June 14, 2012 and equal treatment of all interested tenders, the Management Board of Nova KBM d.d. publishes more detailed conditions and expected scope of due diligence that the tenderer will need to perform.
