Dear clients,

This is to notify you that we will be redesigning the appearance of the online bank Bank@Net, Business Bank@Net, Bank@Net com, and eBank@Net com as of 8 June 2023. Starting with this date, we will also be gradually rolling out a new version of the mobile bank mBank@Net and mBank@Net com in Google Play and the Apple Store.

The features of our online and mobile bank will not change. Going forward, you will be able to use Nova KBM’s digital banking services as usual. The only thing we’re changing is the appearance of the apps to align them with the corporate image of OTP Group.

As we’ve registered quite a few online and other scam attempts in recent periods, in particular fake email and text messages allegedly sent on behalf of banks, we advise you to exercise caution. (»Nova KBM«) to A3 from Baa1 and changed the outlook to stable from ratings under review. Concurrently, Moody's also upgraded Nova KBM's Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA) and Adjusted BCA to baa3 from ba1, and its junior unsecured debt rating to Baa3 from Ba1.The bank’s short-term local and foreign currency deposit ratings were affirmed at P-2.
