The Code of Conduct is the highest act of the Bank, and at the same time it is the basic document of a positive corporate culture, which helps all employees in assessment and decisions in their day-to-day work. With a positive corporate culture, we build and strengthen the trust of our clients, business partners, owners and all other stakeholders with whom our bank participates.

RESPONSE PLAN

Business continuity management in the Bank provides support for a timely recovery or maintenance of key business processes in case of emergency. In order to ensure resilience, the Bank’s Business Continuity Policy sets out annual performance of business impact analysis, reviews and updates of business continuity plans and their testing.

 
 

RISK MANAGEMENT

Taking risk in a transparent and responsible manner and achieving the highest compliance with risk management standards is a basic guideline in the risk management. Awareness of the importance of risk management in business is also being transferred to sustainable relations with the social environment and various stakeholders.
