The Bank received the Auditor's Report for the Nova KBM Group on 23 April 2009, and for Nova KBM d.d. on 23 April 2009. Both Auditor's Reports are included in the 2009 Annual Report.
The Auditor's Report intended for the publication of the financial statements is annexed. The Supervisory Board of Nova KBM d.d. discussed and approved the Annual Report of the Nova KBM Group and Nova KBM d.d. at its 9th meeting held on 24 April 2008. Submitting of the Nova KBM Group and Nova KBM d.d. Annual Report to the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Related Services (AJPES)
In accordance with Article 58 of the Companies Act, the audited Annual Report of the Nova KBM Group and Nova KBM d.d. for the year 2008 will be submitted to AJPES within the statutory deadline.
