In a Slovenian online banking survey that captured all Slovenian banks and savings banks and the online bank of a fintech company, Nova KBM was awarded the most points in the overall rankings, thereby becoming Slovenia’s Best Online Bank 2020. Its Bank@Net online bank was recognized as being the most useful and having the broadest range of contents and features compared to the average online bank. While the average score in the survey was 58 points, Bank@Net scored 10-times more. It was the first time that E-laborat, the company running the survey, used the overall user experience criterion that measures the experience in using the services and the online bank as a whole, which gives the Best Online Bank title even greater value.

Tolga Yurteri, Head of Digital at Nova KBM, when results of the Slovenian online banking survey were released: “Digitalization is the primary focus of development in our bank.
