Poštna banka Slovenije d.d. received a resignation notice from Mr. Matjaž Kovačič as a member of its Supervisory Board, with effect as of 7 October 2010. Mr. Kovačič decided to resign due to his duties as the President of the Management Board of Nova KBM d.d.
