Holders of any Nova KBM Visa card can take advantage of the discount until 30 April 2023 when paying at points of sale and when paying for an online order at pick-up points of Intersport stores . The discount applies to products at regular price and is calculated from the final amount on the invoice. Air Refund service
The Air Refund service (return of funds in case of flight delays) helps you to get compensation when departing from Europe with any airline or arriving in Europe with a European airline in the following cases:
- Flight delay: if the flight is delayed by three hours or more.
- Cancellation: if the flight is canceled less than 14 days before departure.
- Denied boarding: denial of boarding by the airline.
Holders of Visa Nova KBM cards who have purchased a plane ticket with their Visa Nova KBM card are entitled to a lower service fee if they use the Air Refund service. The procedure for obtaining compensation is carried out in just a few steps on the website .
