The Shareholders' Meeting is the highest decision-making body of the Bank in which shareholders can exercise their rights as laid down in the Companies Act. The competencies of the Shareholders' Meeting and other issues directly related to the Shareholders' Meeting are set out in the Bank’s Articles of Association.
