Moody’s revised the current ratings of Nova KBM

In compliance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, Nova KBM d.d., Maribor, hereby makes the following announcement:
On 23 December 2011, Moody's Investors Service downgraded the ratings of Nova KBM from Baa3/P-3/D- to Ba1/Non-Prime/D-. Nova KBM was assigned a long-term and a short-term bank deposit rating of Ba1 and Non-Prime, respectively. The Bank’s financial strength rating was affirmed at D-. The outlook is negative.
Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the debt and deposit ratings of several Slovenian commercial banks following the one-notch downgrade of the Slovenian government's sovereign debt rating to A1 with negative outlook, from Aa3.
